Training, dissemination, research and promotion of transparency and public integrity programmes
The establishment of an open government model based on the principles of transparency and public integrity that makes available to citizens all information on the internal functioning of the public sector and contributes to the improvement of the democratic quality of public policies and the management of public services requires adjustments in the functioning of administrations and changes in the administrative culture. To promote these changes, awareness and consciousness-raising actions are necessary, through training, dissemination and research, as well as the promotion of initiatives that contribute to the implementation of transparency and good governance regulations.
