The Transparency Agency's recommendations is a set of technical-administrative expertise and procedural regulations mandatory for the AMB to fulfill the requirements established by the Law 19/2014.
The aim of these recommendations is to interprete and explain the transparency laws from a metropolitan administration point of view.
Although they don't establish a legal obligation, its clarifying and suggestive nature compels to act with the appropriate procedure to prevent further opacity situations or risks derived from poor practices.
